Thyroid problem with neck pain
Hello sir I'm having thyroid problem but don't know which type of thyroid it is, whether it's hypothyroidism or hashimoto thyroiditis or subacute thyroiditis etc. My symptoms are weight gain, fatigue, thin hair, puffy face, depression, difficulty in concentration, acne, dry skin etc. I'm also having pain near my throat where thyroid gland is located, please help

It looks like hypothyroidism.
Kindly do thyroid profile and ultrasound of thyroid.
If you swelling in thyroid gland, you need to do fine needle aspiration biopsy also
