Recently I got blood test done and it shown that my tsh level 23 and I do get pain near my throat and even i am facing much hair loss.so I am worried I need suggestion about consulting endocrinologist

Please mention your t3 and t4 levels..If normal then it may be subclinical hypothyroidism.. It could be a reason for hair loss and other symptoms
Next Steps
get ft3 and ft4 done along with ultrasound of Thyroid gland
