Hypothyroidisn is known to cause some problems. Anyways ur tsh is on higher side inspite of taking 75mcg.
Kindly take the tablet regularly and empty stomach
After taking the tablet donot eat or drink anything except clear water for next 1 hr.
Take 75mcg from monday to friday and 100 mcg on saturday sunday.
Even if you get pregnant we need to keep your tsh below 2.5 for first 3 months. So this dose would help
