Hello Dr, my wife is 6 weeks pregnant and is on continuous thyroid medication since 2 years.She is on Thyronorm 50 mg and her latest TSH and Free T4 values are 7.44 and 1.49 respectively. Shall we increase the dose to 75 mg? Regards, Amit
