Please see the report and advice as I taking 125 mg since 2 months. Before that it was 100 mg. Now days she feels cold since last two weeks. On blod test it found t4 has been increased 14 and rest t3, tsh normal. Then what should be done for doses qty. She is also patient of rheumatology and asthma

Excessive cold may be due to seasonal variation,  no need to increase the dosage

The normal t4 level ranges 5 to 12 microgram/dl. So increase in 2 units is not much significant. She can reduce the thyroxine level to 100mcg as tsh level is normal.
Next Steps
The feeling cold can be due to asthma or decrease vitamin D levels. It could also be due to the outside weather.

It is correct to monitor just with TSH for your mother who is already on thyroxine. She needs to carry on and have TSH checked every 6 months. All the best J G S R clinic

Consult with your physician, don't change dose on ur own ✓Levothyroxine increases T4 But tissue-level conversion (T4 → T3) may be inefficient, reasons could be due to Rheumatologic illness, inflammation, stress, steroid use .
Next Steps
✓feeling of frequent cold can be due to low Low ferritin, B12, vitamin D .. ✓Before changing dose, check: Ferritin Vitamin B12 Vitamin D CRP / ESR Correcting deficiencies often improves symptoms without dose change
Health Tips
✓Take levothyroxine empty stomach ✓No tea/coffee/calcium/iron for 45–60 min ✓Avoid taking with steroids or antacids

Clinical symptom of feeling cold for the last 2 weeks does not correlate with hyperthyroidism, and isolated mild rise in T4 with normal TSH usually does not require immediate dose change. At present, levothyroxine dose should be continued at the same level (125 µg). Sudden dose reduction is not advised based only on T4 value.
Next Steps
1Repeat thyroid function test (TSH, T3, T4) after 6–8 weeks. Ensure levothyroxine is taken- Early morning, empty stomach With water only -Gap of 30–45 minutes before tea/food
