Swelling in neck, neck pain from 3 months and small round thing on left side, which will swell sometimes. FNAC Report - Nodule left lobe of thyroid - carcinoma Suggestive of medullary carcinoma Bethesda system - category 6 - malignant, medullary carcinoma What should be the next step.. which specialist should I consult?

You need to get further workup for Medullary thyroid carcinoma(MTC), with serum calcitonin level, and get tested for few other hormonal abnormalities conditions(pheo) can coexist with MTC. For MTC, you need to undergo surgery for removal of thyroid gland +/- appropriate lymph nodes of neck. .
