Recent report shows my TSH level is 6.49 And i am planning for a baby. I was under thyroid medication since 3 months excluding only sundays. Let me know this is normal or not

You shouldn't skip thyroid medications. Continue taking tablet. Thyroid hormone recquirement is high during pregnancy. So have a consultation.
