Thyroid level

2023-01-05 12:20:00
My thyroid level was 5.75 two years ago. I have been taking Thyronorm one tab daily. The level gradually came down. I tested today 5/1/23. The level is T3 0.73 T4 = 10.05 TSH = 1.682. Should I continue with Thyronorm? If yes, for how long? Thanks

Current Tsh is normal.tjough dose is not mentioned you can continue with the same dose..to look for other issues associated kindly consult for better guidance . Tsh need to be monitored and accordingly further dose will be suggested. Thyroid ailments cannot be cure but it can be controlled with medicine.so medication is lifelong

Although you have not mentioned the dose of thyroxine you are taking since you TSH is now in normal range I would suggest you to continue the dose dose of thyroxine.
