I got my thyroid level checked and My TSH is 8.5 while T3 and T4 Is normal , what to do , should I start medication ?

You have subclinical hypothyroidism.You need to take medicine if you are symptomatic, planning for a pregnancy,or your TSH level is 10 or above and your tpo level is high.Repest the thyroid function tests after 3 months to compare.

Hypothyroidism Tab thyronorm 75 mcg one before breakfast for two months, not to stop follow up with md physician. Add calcium too as thyroxin is calcium depleting agent it weaken the bone.
