Hi doctor, here I have submitted my thyroids results  one is before one month and another  one is after  taking thyroxine sodium tablets I.P. 25 mcg for one month. I am 13 weeks pregnant. My thyroid is normal after taking the tablets for one month but doctor has advice me to take the medicine for my whole pregnancy but i am scare that taking medicine regularly might make tsh level too low till another 6 months. I just want to know if i had other options to maintain my thyriod level, or is it fine to take the prescribed medical regularly. Can I take calcium and iron tablets while taking medicine for thyriod.

You should take Thyroid hormone because your test report is normal only because you are taking Thyroid hormone.

Medicine should be taken for 9 months and level should  be below 2.5. You can take other supplements with the thyroid medicine.
