Thyroid in early pregnancy

By mistake I didn't do thyroid test before planning. Now my TSH is 9, and I tested pregnancy positive today. Now what to do. Will it create problem. Pls help. I have history on one previous miscarriage within 2 months, due to unknown reasons. Very worried.

You need to start medicine for thyroid but need few more details and more blood test like Anti TPO, APLA Panel etc.. better to consult on call..

Usually We don't start upfront medicine for TSH up to 10 , but In pregnancy it should be started without delay
