Hi my TSH came 8.32 Am I going through hypothyroidism? Please let me know I have consulted 3 doctors but I am not satisfied could you help me and give me the correct advice as per your knowledge Mine T4 came 8.5 And T3 73

If this is your initial report and asymptomatic/not planning for pregnancy, you can repeat TSH from another lab(preferably Dr.Lalpath,SRL, Apollo) after a period of 6 to 8 weeks. No urgency in starting medicines. Treatment is required for you not for your lab reports. Consult your nearest Endocrinologist and not get misguided by general people.

This is subclinical hypothyroidism and needs to be treated if the patient is symptomatic or if Anti TPO antibodies are positive
