Recently i have undergone for Thyroid Test. Please find the below report. Do i need to take medicine life long or any treatment is available to cure this. T3 (Total) 107.6 ng/dL - normal T4 (Total) 6.61 μg/dL - normal TSH 6.54 μIU/mL - abnormal

Subclinical hypothyroidism.  Usually not advised to start treatment at this point of time. But , you may require medicines eventually unless you take steps to reverse the same.
