Based on the values shared, it appears that you are being treated for hypothyroidism and are currently taking thyroxine 125 mcg. Earlier, your TSH was elevated at 6.5, which indicates underactive thyroid. With treatment, your TSH has now come down to 3.3, which falls within the normal reference range. Your T4 level (13.3) is also within normal limits, suggesting that the medication is working. However, your T3 level (1.3) is on the lower side of normal. In many patients on thyroxine, T3 may remain relatively low because the body converts T4 to T3 based on individual metabolism, stress levels, age, nutrition, and coexisting illnesses. This can sometimes explain why patients do not feel completely well despite “normal” reports. Persistent symptoms can also be due to: Inadequate absorption of thyroxine (wrong timing, taken with food, tea/coffee) Vitamin deficiencies (especially Vitamin D, B12, iron) Stress, poor sleep, or other chronic conditions Cardiac, metabolic, or age-related factors

TSH is within normal range. That means, the dose is working out for you. You can continue the same dose.
Next Steps
In case you are still worried about the dose , or you want to reduce it, take an opinion from an endocrinologist

TSH usually takes 6–8 weeks to stabilize after dose adjustment, so a gradual fall is expected. A mildly elevated or near-normal TSH with normal T3/T4 is common during treatment and generally not dangerous.
Next Steps
Take Thyroxine daily on an empty stomach, 30–45 minutes before breakfast.
