Continue Thyronorm exactly as prescribed, usually on an empty stomach with water, and keep it separate from supplements. I do not recommend starting shilajit in autoimmune hypothyroidism without discussing its ingredients and safety with your endocrinologist; it can interfere with treatment or contain contaminants.
Next Steps
Check TSH and free T4 as advised and review any supplement with your treating doctor before use. You may book a Practo consult with me for a medication review; do not replace Thyronorm with shilajit.
