What should be done to control the borderline thyroid and cholesterol, triglycerides? I had a belly fat, how can we reduce the thyroid?

For high cholesterol,  reduce fat and sugar intake in your diet and do physical exercise for at least 30 minutes every day. Your TSH is mildly elevated, so nothing to worry. Reduce intake of cabbage,  cauliflower and soya products.
Health Tips
Monitor lipid profile frequently at 3-6 months interval. Repeat TSH after 3 months and if it is normal,  then you can forget it or else you need further evaluation.
