Hi dear In this it says that she has abnormal thyroid hormone and low vit d. For low vit d she can take supplements But for thyroid we need to do additional test to see the levels and then give the right dose accordingly. Also please check if she has any swelling in the neck as that is the location of thyroid gland Take care

Her report shows increased cholesterol, triglycerides and TSH level indicating that she has hypothyroidism.You have to get her full thyroid profile tests . Increase in lipids could be associated with hypothyroidism.She has vitamin d insufficiency as well.Ideally should consult with a physician/endocrinologist to initiate the treatment under supervision.

Currently her TSH is increased , i would recommend a full thyroid profile with t3,t4 before starting and meds It would be helpfull to know if she has any cardiac history And yes vit d deficiency is present
