Sir. I have checked cbc today.. And it shows high platelet count.. Why it happens and how I can cure it..?? Also neutrophills also high

High platelets can be due to many reasons ... the common causes are infections , inflammation in body or anemia. U need to consult a physician for detail history and clinical examination to find the cause of it.
