Posterior pharyngeal Lymphatic hypertrophy. If no symptoms then why did you take the photo? Feeling of a lump in throat or like something you can't swallow properly. It might be a part of some viral infection recently. All of these symptoms come down significantly after you reach adulthood.
Next Steps
1. If you don't have any symptoms nothing to do. 2. If discomfort can Gargle with warm saline water 4-5 times daily and you'll feel better.

Hello. I would like to suggest you to visit a ENT specialist in nearby hospital because there is a growth appears to be from nasopharynx which needs proper evaluation. It doesn't seems to be tonsillar growth.

You have chronic granular pharyngitis. You have to take prolonged treatment to cure it. First give the following answers: 1. Do you have acidity, belching or eructation. 2. Have you tried a lot of antibiotics. 3. Do you use AC on a regular basis. 4. Do you gargle regularly.
