Throat problem

Hello doctor.I hv some throat irritation exactly not in throat .feel like next to throat and upper chest.it start in morning and reduce late evening.can you tell me what is it.is it acidity or something else .sometime I feel if I coughing  then May be clear but cough not coming.pls suggest.I dont have no symptom.no fever,no cold,oxygen normal
