Suddenly got cold and throat main,with single side on face getting pain internally.plz suggest me for the cure

You are having typical features of acute sinusitis which usually occurs after a cold and causes headache. You should consult a ENT specialist. Medication will treat the present episode but have to take medicines correctly to prevent chronic sinusitis

ENT examination for tonsils/ pharyngitis, laryngitis. Antibiotics Chlorhexidine gargles Pain killers.
