Mucus was there from few days but throat is paining especially when swallowing. Please suggest the best.

It could be tonsillitis mostly. Difficult to say unless i see it.Ull need antibiotics anyway. U can start with augmentin 625, twice daily for 7days(provided u are not allergic to augmentin)
