You seem to be suffering from chronic tonsillitis which usually presents with recurrent attacks of throat pain and difficulty in swallowing. You need to take antibiotics and painkillers along with antiseptic mouth gargle during acute attacks of infection. If symptoms are very recurrent then surgery known as tonsillectomy may be required
