I am having throat pain due to which i am not able to eat anything. There is red circles/dots inside my mouth. I tried gargling with salt water but still didnt reduce.. can you please proper medicine for the same??

Hi sir..    Throat pain may be due to infection Red circles/ dots is due to infection.... it is not good to prescribe medicine without clinical examination
