Hello Dr, From last night I'm feeling severe pain whenever I cough and I was been travelling in AC bus from last two nights. And from yesterday night I'm feeling feverish also. Have took paracetamol and temperature gone down. And now again I'm feeling feverish . Please suggest me on this. Thanks

Hi, take as follows..... Tab.Paracetamol one tab thrice daily. Tab.Avil 25 mg twice daily For three days
