For throat pain, azithromycin is effective. Is there something similar in ayurveda which is as effective as azithromycin in providing quick throat pain relief?

Chew 2,3 black papper two times in a day .First two or three time it will irritate you after that you get relief. Or you can take black papper with honey.

All medication in ayurveda are costomise for every individuals depends on various factors of diagnosis so dont take any medicines without consultation but, you can gargal with lukewarm water , termaric 1/4teaspoon into it after every meal and before sleep at night as well

Please don't take any antibiotics blindly, Azithromycin is a type of antibiotic it's not for pain relief, basically you need detail consultation to rule out the cause of throat pain.
