Hello, I have this issue of dust allergy, like when ever I sneeze I get itchy throat and sometimes tonsil stone forms. I often use salt water gargling, it helps me. How to reduce it more, it often comes back sometimes.

You will have to take anti allergic medications for allergic symptoms, and for tonsillar stones, you should do chlorhexidine gargles at least 3-4 times a day.
