I'm suffering from throat congestion from a long time - approximately 2-3 years. I always get cough and have to make an effort to chat my throat. Sometimes, I can't even disk properly. When I visit doctors, they prescribe antihistamines. But their effects are short lived. I'm struggling badly. Please help!
