Sir for one month my lips tongue throat burning severly in the early morning lips and throat looks reddish it may be mouth cancer

Please don't jump into a Google diagnosis of throat cancer! Please do visit an ENT specialist to rule out other more common causes of throat burn and lip swelling..most common cause of throat burning is GERD , that is gastro esophageal reflux disease.
