Hi Doctor, My name is Subhash and our grandfather recently fell down and had a injury on his head. We had a CT performed and we were informed that there are three clots in the brain. We would like to know if this can be treated via medicines or a surgery has to be performed. Also, since he stays in a remote village, what is best way to get a him to a hospital for the right treatment. He is deabetic and no previous history of Hypertension or hight BP.

I can’t say till I see the scan. Can. See a doctor locally who prescribed the tests. Thanks

An infective abscess is being suspected on imaging. Consult a neurosurgeon immediately in person.
