My 1 year old daughter got thrash infection .with white patches in her mouth.what would be the treatment for this ?

good morning friend, i advise you : 1 Local hygiene. After each feed offer a few sips filtered water to drink. This is to keep mouth clean 2. Apply nystatin oral solution locally 2-3 times a day. at least for 5days. 3 keep hydration . plenty of water
