Mental fitness is very much dependent on physical fitness. No matter what, you have to get out of bed and go for a jog or a brisk walk. If you cannot jog or exercise in the morning it’s alright, try doing it whatever time suits you. You may try joining a gym as well. But exercising and eating healthy is a must for mental fitness. Exercising releases endorphins that are proven to elevate mood. You may join various health apps for that purpose like HealthifyMe, etc. Talk to your friends more often but if you don’t have honest friends, you would prefer reading some good books or just make yourself a cup of coffee and ponder over the purpose of your life. Try helping others no matter how small that help may seem, but that would boost your mind.
