My husband was thinking too much 2 days onwards, what is need of living, he himself thinking what is need of he was living, getting thought of need to die, he said he himself missing in him.
He daily actively do yoga asanas, early morning wake up, from years onwards. so good habits he had. Suddenly he was thinking like that means we are getting afraid and fear. I asked to consult doctor, he not agreeing. Please tell me what to do to overcome this situation to him.
