I am sahil solanki. i am 15 years old . i used to take healthy diet from last 4 months . my diet includes egg, chicken once in a weak. 2 full glass milk, 1 full bowl gram , 1 glass juice and 7-8 glass water, desi ghee, curd, sprouts, fruits, dry fruits per day. But it don't work to get me healthy . plz could you suggest me what should i do to become healthy ? And what is the problem with me ?
