This is called a "ropey" discharge, which is classically seen in Allergy of the eyes. Antibiotic (Ciplox) has no role because there is no infection . And the steroid part (D of the Ciplox - D) isn't required since it's not severe, no redness and no pain or massive amount of discharge.
Next Steps
First of all, you don't HAVE to use medication unless it's very bothersome. If the discharge is causing blurred vision you can wash it off with cold water.
If you need quicker relief then you can use a basic moisturizing eye drop like Ecotears eye drops 4-6 times a day
