Thinning of hair can be due to many factors 1. Heredity 2. Inadequate diet - which can cause protein, vitamin deficiency and is a type of stress to the body 3. Physical or mental stress 4. Inadequate sleep or even sleeping late (even if you sleep for 8 hours) 5. In females, post-delivery 6. Hormonal imbalances including thyroid disorders, polycystic ovarian disease (PCOD/PCOS) 7. Treatment of hair with harsh chemicals/procedures Consult a dermatologist immediately who will help you knowing the right cause and correct it (like vitamin deficiency, PCOD, thyroid, etc.) Dermaroller and PRP will help in hair fall but unless root cause is corrected, they won't help for long. One word of caution, though. Dermaroller and PRP are contraindicated in people with history and tendency of scarring (keloids, hypertrophic scars).
