My endometrium thickness is 12 mm.i had an abortion 3 months back .Is this thickness to be worried . Doctor said it should be less than 8 mm.How to reduce thickness

Do nothing Repeat the sonography after one month, especially after your periods. Then see the thickness of the endometrium .
