Tvs done on day 3 of cycle Endometrium thickness - 9.5mm with polyp in upper fundal area Is it normal?

It is not normal. I will recommend a D&C for her. It will look after her clots or polyp or thickened endometrium. The tissue can be sent for Histopathology.
