Tfcc high grade partial tear Right hand

High grade partial tear of foveal attachment site of TFCC and low grade partial tear of styloid attachment site and ulna meniscal homologue. Partial tear of ulnar collateral ligament at styloid attachment site. Mild intercarpal and distal radio ulnar joint effusion. Bones appear osteopenic around the wrist joint. No evidence of fluid collection, ganglion or mass lesion is seen. The distal end of radius and ulna appear normal. The ulnar nerve in the region of Guyons canal shows no obvious abnormality. The carpal bones appear normal. No evidence of avascular necrosis is seen. The intercarpal joints and ligaments appear normal. The flexor digitorum and the extensor tendons appear normal. There is no evidence of tenosynovitis. The contents of the carpal tunnel appear normal. The radiocarpal joint appears normal. Please suggest if PRP treatment or any conservative treatment helped to recover . Also how much time it takes?

Kindly share history of the disease. Is it post traumatic or spontaneous? If it is post traumatic,  then plaster cast for 3-6 wk should be adequate. If,it is non traumatic, then it needs to be investigated.
