My eyelids skin is not smooth .... looks textured skin on eyelids.... i use to apply light eyeshow daily and now i stoped only using cera eye repair cream .... i also have habbit of rubbing my eyes sometimes.... mild dryness also i feel...can't afford the treatment now .... if any dr. Can suggest me that would be great
