Hello.. I was diagnosed with PCOD few years back & I did not take care of it though then.. Eventually it has come to my notice that the severity of it has grown a lot.. Wanna visit a gynecologist but before that wanted to go with all tests done so that i can go handy with reports & start the treatment then n thr.. Can anyone pls suggest for what all blood tests ( hormones) & which sonography I have to get it done prior. Thanks a lot...

It's best to get the tests prescribed by the doctor who is going to treat u. Usually we need S Free Testosterone, S TSH and S Prolactin. Some doctors dor ask for LH, FSH, Fasting Glucose and USG Abdomen
