It's been at least 12 years since I've been facing this problem but now it's getting worse. I think my sperm automatically comes out from epididymis which causes unbearable pain so much that I can't even walk properly. The only way i survived this long is by ejaculating. It gives me instant relief and I can see a little sperm coming out while the rest comes later (after a few seconds ). Those of you who are familiar with this kind of situation and know how to cure it, please let me know. I'll connect. Thank you.
