My right testicle has contracted a little and it pains when touched. I had noticed it yesterday while taking a bath.

Pain in the testicle could be due to various reasons like torsion of testis,infection,trauma etc.

Since u r young its important to rule out infection.U need to do blood tests ,Ultrasound of testis to proceed further for proper diagnosis. For pain relief : Tablet. Acecloplus Twice daily after food for 3 days.
