On what date the test came Positive ? Since when Fever is persistent. ?  Is there fall in Oxygen Saturation ? Have you done investigations like CRP, D Dimer ? Unless complete picture is available, nothing can be suggested. Maintain good nutrition, isolation, sanitization and consult qualified medical personnel.
