Pregnancy test in a 30 day cycle can be done anytime after day 31 So if you had your last periods on 13th of October you can definitely do the test today For doing a pregnancy test it need not necessarily be the first morning sample you can do it anytime of the day irrespective of what you eat and drink

You can do the test as you have already missed September month period too. Bleeding after taking pill is not your period, its the side effects of pill.

A urine pregnancy test is most reliable once you've missed your period by about a week, ideally using your first urine of the morning. Withdrawal before ejaculation doesn't reliably prevent pregnancy, so testing makes sense given how late you already are. Irregular cycles and the ipill you took can each delay a period on their own, so an early negative result doesn't fully rule pregnancy out yet.
Next Steps
You can test today. If it's negative and your period still hasn't started in another 3 to 5 days, repeat the test with morning urine for a clearer result.
Health Tips
Please see a gynaecologist if your periods stay irregular or the test result remains unclear, so your underlying cycle pattern can be checked properly.
