HELLO, TSH IS VERY HIGH. EOSINOPHIL COUNT IS RAISED. FOR TSH TYROXIN IS GIVEN BUT DOSE DECIDE PER TWO WEEKS SO A CONSULTANT SHOULD BE REGULARLY IN FOLLOW UP. TABLET UNICARBAZONE FORTE TWO TIMES A DAY FOR TWENTY ONE DAYS. O.K BYE.
