I have feeling something uncomfortable last 2 days.. Stomach feeling full and no hunger.. I thought it is the problem of gas. I had sex on 28th my test report shows PR= 108,BP= 98/74, Spo2= 100%. Chest= clean, AEBE Cus=s1,s2 + P/A= soft, NT Is there any chance of pregnancy

For pregnancy to occur u first need to miss your periods. U have normal vitals and examination. This will not tell pregnancy
