Test for Fever

I got the fever in the evening and took paracetamol. By the morning it is normal.again the same repeated for the next day evening. Last 3 days same. Feeling very tired by evening. Please suggest the tests that I need to take.

Fever with tiredness could be due to viral infection , usually lasting for 5-7 days.You can get CBC , CRP , typhoid , malaria and dengue tests .
