Terminal stage cancer

Hello.. my father got diagnosed with cancer - poorly differentiated squamous cell carcinoma in neck during June 2023. We gave radiotherpahy and 3 rounds of chemo. Treatment ended in aug and he was fine till December. In dec the cancer reoccured it spreaded to lungs and few nodes was also seen in neck again. Doc just asked too continue with chemo tables. In Jan 2024 he had drop in sodium and admitted to hospital. Doc said it's terminal stage one week will be good other week will be bad like this only. Now father eats less only but paast few days we noticed he is hungry all the time and asks for munchies all the time. He also show aggressive behaviour like gets angry when we don't buy him something.. he is not accepting to take blood test or consult any doctors .. he gets angry.. we do not know what to do now

Basically chemo and radiotherapy makes a person very stubborn ..they'll have hell lot of pain that normal person cannot even imagine off . Keep him happy and giv him whatever he wants .. keep him pain free and go for full palliative care .. am from chennai only .. and I have seen so many cancer pts in terminal stage ..be strong . Ma'am i can understand your condition... please trust on your doctor!! Believe in quality of life of your father just have a good time with them. This is quite common to be get angry in this stage bcz condition from which he is suffering we can't even understand.
