Tenosynovitis

I had pain in my left shoulder and unable to raise it full. Consultat an orthopedic and he suggested for USG. The usg report says tenosynovitis. I am talking Estosaid Mr, Tendoease and defnet 6 MG. 1 tablet each in morning and night from last 5 days but there is no improvement. Please suggest if any further test or change in medicine is require.

Usually tenosynovitis in shoulder ( that term don't exist still ) resolves on itsown with continuous physiotherapy and exercises. It will take 1 month for complete recovery. Better to wait for minimum 3 weeks and then go for mri shoulder if not resolving

Go for physiotherapy - Ultrasound for a week atleast with medication . If still same after a week of physio , get reexamined and go for MRI if needed

It could be supraspinatus tendinitis or rupture. You need to undergo an MRI to make the proper diagnosis. You should stop Tab. Defnet as it is a steroid and it has many side effects.
